Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and the restaurant operator Na Humpolce sro, Brněnská 184, 666 01 Tišnov, ID: 02880326 when providing hospitality services, catering and related activities.
Reservation
Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email.
The conditions for changes and cancellations of reservations are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Complaint
Complaints about food and services must be made immediately on site to the staff.
We handle any complaints without undue delay.
Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
All disputes will be resolved amicably, or in the locally competent court.
Prices and payments
Prices of food and drinks are listed including VAT.
Payments are made in cash, by credit card or by transfer (for advances and invoicing).
A mandatory deposit may be required for group events or space rentals.
