CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
AND REFUND

Regular reservations

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 3 hours in advance.

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation without an excuse may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being requested.

Group events and rentals

A deposit may be required for reservations for 10 or more people, private events, banquets, or space rentals.

If the event is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, the deposit is refundable.

If the event is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit may be partially or completely non-refundable.

Exceptional situations

In the event of sudden illness, injury, family reasons or transport complications, we handle the refund of deposits individually.

Gift vouchers

The voucher is valid for 12 months.

They cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed in case of loss.

In the event of a store closure, we will offer alternative withdrawal options.

Cancellation on our part

If we cancel the event (technical fault, force majeure, personnel reasons), we will refund the deposit in full or offer an alternative date.
